Swarm collected into a straw skep and placed on the old curtain waiting for the bees to settle down before moving

Bees In the skep wrapped up in the blanket and transported in the back of the car to where the hives are located.

Unwrapped and about to go into a hive

Bees dumped into the broodbox , their new home. Fill the hive completely with frames and put the crown boarding top. Then put an empty super on and a feeder. Keep feeding until the queen is laying and the bees have expanded and using all the frames. Then take the feeder off and put a super filled with frames. Put crown board on top and then the roof. Start weekly inspections.
